All Projects are subject to a Maximum 90 days development period by default.Your Project will be Started and completed at any point during the 90 days following a completed payment.If you have a strict deadline, you may be able to get Priority completion and skip the queue.The amount you pay is a percentage of the total labour cost. Please see the rates listed below:
25% - Completion within 60 days of payment date. (30 day rush)
50% - Completion within 30 days of payment date. (60 day rush)
100% - Any order requested sooner than 30 days.
Please Note: Requesting a Rush Order does not guarantee its acceptance.Additionally, the Rush Order fee may be decreased or waived entirely if there is currently a short waitlist.Please discuss this during your Consultation should you have a deadline requirement.
All Clients will be subject to a "Commercial Use Fee" if their intended purpose for the completed product is for Business or Financial Gain.This fee is equal to 25% of the projects total labour cost.This includes; but is not limited to:
Streaming [Twitch, Kick, Youtube, Etc]
Merchandising
Commercial Re-Sale [Avatars + Commissions]
An Exclusive Use Fee dictates whether the Client has sole usage rights of the completed product.Should this Fee not be paid, Shuucheri will post the product for Re-Sale on their store; often at a lower price.This fee is equal to 100% of the projects total labour cost.This Fee applies to the following Service:
Custom "From-Scratch" Assets, Textures and Addons
